As part of operations in the construction industry, building materials generate tremendous amounts of emissions, which contribute to carbon emissions. At Joyville, we believe in taking the initiative for emission reduction and shall consider renewable energy usage and energy efficiency measures in all projects.
Water use and management
Water is a natural source that is very scarcely available. Optimal utilisation of this resource shall help us to minimise freshwater consumption. Apart from this, we shall also be vigilant of water discharged and reuse treated wastewater wherever suitable.

Joyville believes in the 3Rs of reduce, reuse and recycle. As part of our operations, we strive to minimise waste generation and shall continue to do so.

Real estate companies focus on occupants health, environmental sustainability, indoor environmental quality, user preferences, and brand image. Joyville aims to focus on these topics and align with current sustainability and lifestyle trends. Joyville also aims to educate consumers on benefits of green buildings, demonstrate environmental responsibility. Evaluating the supply chain from an ESG lens allows the real estate company to address environmental and social impacts, and improve ESG reporting and transparency. Thus, Joyville shall evaluate supply chain from ESG lens.

We nurture sustainable future by conserving Environment. Sustainable practices help preserve
natural resources, biodiversity, and ecosystems. By reducing pollution, conserving water and energy,
and promoting sustainable practices, we can mitigate environmental degradation and ensure a
healthier planet for future generations. We have adopted following sustainable practices.
Emission
Management:
The project implemented a variety of sustainable practices to enhance energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions. We have initiated usage of renewable energy at the construction stage of the project. Continuous improvement measures are taken to control dust and other emissions, and air quality is regularly monitored across the projects
Waste
Reduction:
The project prioritized the use of recyclable and reusable materials, effectively managing construction and organic waste. Morevthan 95% of the waste material is diverted from disposal to landfill site. Considerable amount of waste is being reused at the construction site or the waste management is facilitated through collaboration with authorized collectors.
Water
Conservation:
Initiatives include the establishment of systems for water treatment and reuse, installation of water-efficient fixtures, and the implementation of processes to ensure the conservation and effective management of water resources throughout the project. We practice water conservation through Rainwater Harvesting as well.
Social component is crucial for us because it fosters growth of our progress. We fosterage our relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, workers, communities, and society at large. Following steps are taken to engage with our stakeholders and their health and wellbeing.

We conduct weekly safety talks, Environment, Health and Safety walks, monthly safety core committee meetings, and regular health check-ups. We ensure legal compliance and stakeholder engagement, and leverage digital platforms for efficient Environment, Health and Safety management.
